Good Quality and great material but I think that I've been using it too tight. It definitely helps with my back pain though. It really helped with my back pain but it didnt last very long before it started coming apart. I havent had it over a month and one of the support rods already came out.

Shortly after my review the seller contacted me and offered to replace my broken brace for NO CHARGE! After it arrived I found that I had received a fluke product the first time round. The straps and set up of the products did not look the same. The new one felt more sturdy and is working perfectly! ?? Definitely would recommend this product for expecting moms! I Will post pictures soon!

This was an old picture of me using it. I'm an older mama getting ready for baby number 2 after having my other daughter 10 years ago via c-section. I'm usually in pretty good physical shape as a backpacker and hiker, but I got hit with a couple of nasty infections during my second trimester and then a fibroid degeneration that lasted two weeks, leaving me sidelined for 10 weeks and in a much weakened physical state. I started having tremendous sciatic pain on both sides as I would just walk normally, or when I was just turning and pivoting. I finally decided to try out this maternity belt and I have not been disappointed. It doesn't show under clothes, unless you're wearing a bodycon dress, and even then, if it's ruched, then no one will notice. To put it on, I start out with it backward and make sure it's snug; then I pull it up and turn it so that the excess material doesn't bunch, and pull it down over my bump. If you wear larger panties, I would recommend wearing them over the belt so you don't have to adjust the belt going to the bathroom, but it really doesn't sit very low. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and I would recommend it to any of my friends who need the extra support--it really is a back saver.

I absolutely love this maternity band. At 24 weeks, I started having very uncomfortable back and hip pain so I purchased this. It helps so much. I am actually able to be on my feet, taking care of the things I need to without hobbling around. I've gotten bigger as the weeks have gone by and notice a HUGE difference when I wear this band and I don't. If I don't, I'm in pain within an hour of getting out of bed. With the band, I can actually function. As soon as I take the band off at night, I can feel my hips/back stretch into the pain I would have been in if I hadn't worn the band. I love this thing!

Not Bad. I like it and use it when I feel discomfort in my back. As you can see it's nice and Snug.

this product really does deserve 5 stars. I'm really impressed with it and glad I took the dive and purchased it.
I wanted something I could wear during my current 4th pregnancy as support for my belly while I run, that gives me a little back support, and that supports my abdominal muscles in the hopes it will prevent excessive abdominal muscle separation (after four pregnancies, my abdominal muscles are quite stretched out, I'm sure!)
It is extremely comfortable. I have worn plenty of abdominal splints and bands, and this is literally the most comfortable one. It provides just enough compression on my belly that makes me feel secure and supported, but not uncomfortable (and certainly not enough that it would harm baby in any way). It helps my posture when I'm sitting, and does give me a good amount of support while I'm running.

For those of you who have been suffering with pelvic/pubic pain, I would recommend this product. For someone who couldn't even lift up a leg to slide on a pair of pants in the morning, this product has been able to allow me to do My normal daily activities without so much pain! I will say if you've been suffering for weeks of pain prior to using this belt, you may not feel the belt work at first. In fact, I almost thought about returning it, but give it 2 days of consistent use, and you will realize you are no longer in pain while just walking! I also want to mention while this product helps with pelvic support, you may notice your back fat getting pushed up in the back with this belt, it's kinda annoying, but I would rather have a little back fat being squished instead of pelvic/pubic pain any day.

I ordered wrong size the first time. When I received the correct size I love it! Soft, strong and comfortable. I posted a size chart from the manufacturer. ***** USE THE CHART!!!!

it is WORTH BUYING! It is soft, and fits perfectly. Some people said it rides up but if you fit it on properly it wont. It offers amazing support and eased the pain in my back from scoliosis and my belly pulling my spine forward more. It is also not visible at all under clothing. I am only 20 weeks but this will be helpful my entire pregnancy.

I had horribly debilitating pelvic pain that started in my second trimester. It wasn't just soreness, but a burning right at front where everything connects (pubic symphysis). I had tried all of the home methods of managing that pain including wearing supportive shoes, trying to keep knees together when changing positions, keeping a pillow in between knees when sleeping, etc.
After putting this on the first time, I felt relief within 2 minutes. I wear it outside in the heat and it is still very breathable. I also keep it on to sleep.
Life Pro Tip: Bring it to an OB/Gyn appointment and talk to your doctor about how you are wearing it to be sure you are using it correctly. You don't want to have it tight, and you want to make sure you wear it low around your hips, not high on your bump like the picture shows.

I started feeling severe pelvic pressure and pain around 35 weeks of my pregnancy. It was hard for me to walk or go from a sitting to standing position. I ended up going to the hospital one day because of the intense discomfort I was in. They recommended I get an abdominal brace. I had heard about these belts before but didnt think I would ever need to use one. I put it on as soon as I got it and I havent taken it off since... well it comes off when I shower of course. This belt is a godsend. I cannot function without it. Im a petite person and Im carrying really low. As the baby has gotten bigger, Im experiencing more pressure. If I didnt have this belt, I wouldnt be able to walk around for more than a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend this for anyone experiencing back pain, abdominal pain/pressure, or pelvic discomfort from pregnancy. It really helps lifts the belly and takes the pressure off. The only annoying thing about it is having to take it off whenever you have to go to the bathroom... which is every 30 minutes. But I suck it up because I know I wouldnt be able to function at all without it. One of the best purchases Ive made during my pregnancy for sure.

I'm 5'5" 145-150lbs 7 months pregnant and got a medium
Update: after wearing this my whole pregnancy I highly recommend.

My regret is not ordering this sooner. And not having it on now. I was in a rush and completely forgot it. I am tempted to be late and turn around to get it. It has made such a difference in the back pain I had. I seriously love it and can not recommend it enough. My boyfriend laughs at me when I'm wearing it, because it does look kind of silly but trust me it's worth it, and you can't see it at all under your clothes. You can't beat the price either!

I ordered this product at week 31. I didn't have back pain but for the last few weeks had been experiencing a sore "undercarriage" as I call it (vagina, crotch, etc.). My doula and girlfriends told me it was because of all the pressure I was carrying and... well, gravity. They suggested I order a maternity belt and after going back and forth between the top two on Amazon, I decided on this one. This belt is great, the soreness I'm experiencing is greatly reduced and I'm able to walk for much longer periods of time, comfortably (and quicker than if I were not wearing the belt). The only issue I had initially was that I measured myself (reconfirmed by my husband) and I measured 38" which meant I should get a small. I ordered the small and it felt too small. Though I wore it to get a feel for the support the belt would offer, I guessed a medium would be better. I contacted the company and they were quick, responsive, and sent a replacement medium for me. The medium feels much more comfortable around my belly. Overall, in addition to the great support this belt offers, the customer service ensures you receive a good product. I look forward to wearing for the next 8 weeks!

you need to buy it.
No really. It's that good.
I'm 32 weeks into an averagely uncomfortable pregnancy thus far, but started having really bad back and pelvic pain the last couple of weeks. Getting up and down at work was getting hard to manage. Walking the dog hurt like hell. I waddled in pain everywhere I went.
I bought this, hoping it might help a little and didn't plan on wearing it all the time. BUT OMG GUYS. I wore it to work and while walking the dog a couple days, then went without it in the same situations (you know, for the sake of science). When I wear it, I can go an entire shift without my back seizing up, my pelvis feeling like a loose sack of glass shards, or waddling slowly in pain. I just feel normal. It helps far more than I anticipated. I walked my dog for HALF AN HOUR without pain, rather than two blocks. So. Excited.
Upsides, besides making you feel like your 20 week self again: 1) It's smoother under clothes than I anticipated, and I wear fitted maternity shirts. 2) Comfortable material - I wear over the belly pants but the back part is on my skin, hasn't rubbed or been a problem. 3) Doesn't slip - I wear it without the over-belly band and it stays in place.
Couple of downsides that just aren't a deal, but I'll mention anyway. 1) Have to take it off to pee. Which is often. I just take the back portion off and hike the belly band up to my boobs and do my business, then reassemble. Not too difficult. 2) I read the instructions and still don't understand the extra Velcro thing. But the band fits perfectly after measuring the way they say before ordering, so whatever. 3) Takes a bit of trial and error to get it positioned well the first time, but once you do, you won't even notice you're wearing it. Other than not being in pain, that is.
Tl;dr : If you're pregnant with back and/or pelvic pain, take your measurements and buy this.

Provides great support for my growing belly and sore lower back. I'm 26 weeks pregnant, about 190 lbs right now -- I ordered a large. I am a little worried that I should have ordered a extra large but honestly if I need it to be bigger I will buy a second one. At first I was unsure about how to put it on but quickly figured it out. I am a nurse and work long 12 hour shifts. I go from sitting to standing quite often, this was killing my abdominal muscles and lower back. I wear this over a tank top under my scrub top and I'm good all day long. I don't even feel the weight of my belly when wearing this.. My only issue is while wearing this you either have to unvelcro the bottom part or pull it up over your belly (which is uncomfortable) to use the restroom so it's a little annoying in that way but besides that it's totally worth it! Best money I've spent on myself since being pregnant.

Nicely made. Fits Snug. You might want to order it a little bigger.

A note about sizing: I am a pre-pregnancy size 2 and this band fits me fine. It's near the end of the velcro (so there will be a lot more space as I get bigger). If you're small, this band should fit you just fine.

I started having premature labor at 29 weeks. Every time I stood up my uterus would get hard (contractions), and it would get worse and worse the longer I stood. I would pretty much have contractions anytime I did anything. I started wearing this at about 31 weeks after being on bed rest for 2 weeks. This helped prevent contractions significantly. The first day I wore it, I noticed I was able to stand for significantly longer without having contractions.
This can be worn under any of my regular clothes. I would recommend a thin cotton shirt underneath if it is really hot outside, but other than that it is comfortable.
For others out there having the same issue, things that I have found to be helpful: drink water ( Im drinking about 3L/day +other things), laying on my left side, acupuncture, hot herbal tea, hot liquids in general, and coconut water. The hot liquids have been super helpful in making the contractions stop- wait until it is just hot enough to not burn and then drink the whole drink fast. Coconut water helped because it replenishes some of the electrolytes your muscles (uterus) needs after drinking so much water. Acupuncture helps for about 3 days, so I would suggest getting it right before a more active day. Hope this helps someone out there!
